Kimberly Epps’ professional journey began in the United States Marine Corps, where she cultivated discipline, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. This foundation prepared her to face challenges with determination and inspired a career dedicated to serving others. After transitioning to civilian life, she earned a master’s degree in health administration/gerontology, fueling her passion for enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities.

As an Activity Consultant Certified (ACC), Kimberly specializes in creating vibrant and engaging programs that foster joy, purpose, and social connection in senior living communities. Her role as an Adult Protective Service Specialist further exemplifies her dedication to advocating for vulnerable individuals by investigating abuse and neglect while raising community awareness about these critical issues.

In addition to her certifications, Kimberly serves as an adjunct ADC instructor at Davidson-Davie Community College and as a Licensed NCCAP Instructor. Through these roles, she empowers future activity professionals by providing education, mentorship, and innovative approaches. Her leadership and expertise are instrumental in shaping the future of the profession and positively impacting the lives of those she serves.
